CMCA have revised the ‘Brief Cancer Audit’ template for practices to audit and review of a cohort of recent urgent suspected cancer referral/2ww referrals. This encompasses the key areas highlighted in the PCN DES.

Practices might consider auditing patients with cancer on the GSF register considering late presentations and/or diagnoses.
